MAX VAUGHAN

London-based writer and film director, and co-founder of Paradime Studio.

Started  filmmaking through documentary experimentation around music. Paradime began in a similar way, working on exhibitions, live events and as a place for collaboration, before gradually shifting towards direction across film, branded work and original projects.
‍
The work is led by people, humour and detail. Rooted in references from fashion, music and real life, it pays close attention to tone and point of view. His films use casting, sound and image to build worlds that feel familiar, but occasionally surreal.

Alongside branded work, he has an ongoing  slate of original documentary and narrative projects in development.
